Repairs Manager (Contractors and Voids) £53,460 to £55,603 plus £9,967 Market Forces Supplement pro rata for hours worked Status: Full Time Job Type: Permanent Hours Of Work: 37 About the role To successfully lead, direct and manage the in-house day-to-day repairs service and support contractors, providing a comprehensive service to customers in accordance with defined legislative and regulatory standards and council policies. To achieve high levels of productivity, cost effectiveness and quality, ensuring maximum performance in accordance with the standards and policies of Stevenage Borough Council. To co-ordinate, direct and manage support contractors to ensure a seamless repairs service.
