Search Consultancy is currently recruiting for an experienced, time-served Joiner to join a commercial project in Northumberland. This position offers an immediate start with a consistent run of local work for the right candidate.

We are seeking a qualified professional who maintains high standards of workmanship, accuracy, and reliability to support our client''s delivery schedule.

• First Fix Joinery: Installing timber frameworks, stud walls, roof structures, floor joists, and sub-flooring according to architectural drawings.

• Second Fix Joinery: Fitting internal and external doors, architrave, skirting boards, ironmongery, and window surrounds with precision.

• Structural Formwork: Constructing and erecting timber shuttering, bulkheads, and frameworks required for concrete pours (where applicable).

• Fixtures & Fittings: Installing commercial kitchen units, cabinetry, integrated reception desks, and specialised timber fixtures.

• Snagging & Remedials: Conducting final inspections, identifying defects, and carrying out high-quality snagging works ahead of client handovers.

• Setting Out & Measuring: Reading technical blueprints, accurately measuring materials to minimise waste, and setting out lines with precision instruments.

• H&S Compliance: Operating all hand and power tools safely, adhering strictly to site safety regulations, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.

• CSCS Card: Valid Blue or Gold CSCS card required.

• Experience: Proven track record in commercial, industrial, or high-volume domestic joinery.

• Tools & PPE: Full professional 110v or cordless tool kit (for first and second fix work) and standard 5-point PPE.

• Right to Work: Valid right to work in the UK.

• Local Continuity: This project is based entirely in Northumberland, reducing travel times and commuting costs.

• Reliable CIS Payments: Processed accurately every Friday without hidden umbrella fees or payment delays.
