You will undergo PPM and Reactive maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical systems on site, react to emergencies, liaise with subcontractors and ensure all statutory compliance is adhered to.To be successful for this role, you will need to be fully qualified either in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance and possess a client friendly attitude.Main duties To identify, diagnose, and rectify faults, performing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks as necessary.
