OT Cybersecurity Transformation Lead

Outside IR35 | Open to Day Rates | Initial 6-Month Contract | UK-Based Hybrid

We''re supporting a global manufacturing organisation as they embark on the next phase of their OT cybersecurity transformation programme.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Transformation Lead to take ownership of a business-critical programme, establishing governance, driving remediation activity, and building the operating model required to manage OT cyber risk across a global manufacturing estate.

• Lead an organisation-wide OT cybersecurity transformation programme.
• Translate OT security assessments into prioritised remediation plans.
• Establish OT governance, policies, standards and reporting frameworks.
• Build and maintain an OT cyber risk management framework.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Technology, Cyber Security, Manufacturing and Operations.
• Manage specialist suppliers and remediation partners.
• Define a sustainable long-term OT security operating model.

• Proven experience leading OT or Industrial Cyber Security transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT), ICS and manufacturing environments.
• Experience delivering OT governance, risk management and remediation initiatives.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF or similar frameworks.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
