Our practice includes two consulting rooms. We operate primarily single testing clinics and offer additional services including audiology and contact lenses. Our team consists of two reception staff and one resident optometrist, supported by free on-site parking for staff and patients. The Role We are seeking a highly organised, commercially aware, and patient-focused Qualified Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our practice. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. MUST BE REGISTERED ON THE GOC and HAVE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the practice, support and develop the team, and maintain high professional and customer service standards at all times.
