You will play a key role in Powys'' education transformation, helping to deliver ambitious reforms that improve outcomes for all learners. With a clear focus on driving improvement that is both evidence-based and enduring, you will work closely with senior leaders, governors, and key partners to provide expert guidance, foster collaborative improvement, and ensure robust accountability.
