We are recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join a well-established UK housing provider, managing a designated housing patch across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. This is a hybrid, home-based role involving regular travel throughout the local housing patch. You will be responsible for delivering effective housing management services, resolving complex tenancy issues, managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and supporting residents to sustain their tenancies. Vacancy Brief Role: Housing Officer Location: Milton Keynes MK9 and surrounding areas Working Arrangement: Full time, Mon - Fri 9-5pm. Hybrid / home-based with regular travel across the housing patch Pay Rate: £22.64 per hour PAYE (approximately £44,148 per annum equivalent) Contract: Temporary until 31 January 2027 initially, with potential for extension Driving: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle essential Insurance: Business-use vehicle insurance required/ travel expenses paid.
