Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm | Friday 8:00am - 1:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electronic Assembly Operative to join our client, based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electronics background who enjoys hands-on assembly work in a structured and quality-driven environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Building sub-assemblies to maintain stock levels for new build and service requirements
• Working from instruction manuals and works orders accurately and efficiently
• Soldering (through hole and surface mount)
• Wiring and small sub-assembly builds
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in small sub-assembly building
• Soldering experience (through hole and surface mount preferred)
• Electronics background
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams
