Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of mill and logistics operations.Champion quality, consistency, and productivity across manufacturing processes.Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement continuous improvement plans.Work closely with Health, Safety and Quality teams to maintain accreditations such as UFAS, ISO9001, and ISO14001, alongside ethical certifications.Manage, train, and develop a production team of 20+ colleagues.Take responsibility for procurement of ingredients and maintenance of plant equipment.Oversee transport, vehicle scheduling, and external logistics partners.Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
