The Role: Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, you will form part of the maintenance team who will perform preventative maintenance, installation work, breakdown repairs and general maintenance on a variety of plant and equipment types. Responsibilities: Perform a Task Specific Risk Assessment for each task and follow relevant SOPs; any deviations must be approved by the Maintenance Team Leader. Report significant issues during or after a task and be available for redeployment. Follow company rules and permits; ensure equipment is isolated and safe before work begins. Complete tasks with the area left clean, safe, and all guards refitted. Correctly book out parts from stores and attribute cost codes. Report plant issues affecting safety or reliability. Wear appropriate PPE at all times and ensure lifting equipment is in good condition. Maintain housekeeping in the workshop and maintenance areas. Operate equipment and company vehicles safely. Safeguard personal and company tools; return all tools to proper storage and report any damage. Ensure all work complies with Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Energy policies.
