Our Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our team on a 9-12 month maternity cover contract, where you will play a critical role in shaping and delivery of the future of our digital customer experience. It is a broad role requiring customer focus, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, a high level of technical understanding and a passion for both retail and digital innovation.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new customer experiences that align with The White Company’s digital vision. Leading a cross-functional squad, you will develop value-driven solutions that support business goals while delighting our customers. You''ll own the product vision, manage prioritised backlogs, align stakeholders around strategic goals, and continuously seek ways to optimise the digital journey for maximum impact.

Collaboration is key. You will work closely with teams across the business to understand challenges and opportunities, and partner with IT to scope and deliver change. Agile ways of working are integral to our evolution, and your experience in agile delivery will help us continue to refine and improve our approach.

If you''re passionate about retail, have a proven track record of leading high-performing product teams, and excel at translating complex problems into digital solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

A data-driven, customer-obsessed, and solutions-oriented approach

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to lead full product/project lifecycles
