Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment, onboarding, and fostering a positive work environment by ensuring compliance with employment regulations and policies. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration Experience with Personnel Management and fostering employee engagement Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Understanding of employment law and regulations is a plus Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
