PURPOSE OF THE JOB Work with the Finance Business Analyst (interim) on the drafting of a complete set of "How To" guides and Learning Materials, with a focus on a) The "golden thread" of the "finance rules" that flow from the Council''s ConstitutionPrepare Excel schedules, as requested by the Finance Lead, to collate information regarding: Statutory and Management Reporting Requirements, Balance Sheet Control Accounts, Finance Module Users and their delegations and Cost Centre requirementsSet up meetings for financial improvement and information gathering with stakeholders, as directed by the Finance LeadWork with the Finance Systems Accountant (secondee) and Senior Finance Business Partners on Balance Sheet historic data analysis and on Income and Expenditure data analysis, as directed by the Finance LeadAssist the Finance Lead in the design of the Best Practice processes for the new systemArrange User Acceptance Testing and Training sessions, as directed by the Finance Lead. Monitor and report on attendance. Collate Feedback from users. Participate in some elements of testingAssist the Finance Lead on the design and development of the Intranet for the publication of the Learning Materia
