This is a broad and influential role, combining business partnering, employee relations, manager coaching and project work across wellbeing, organisational development, policy, systems and culture. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you''ll help strengthen people practices, build management capability and support a positive, high-performing culture. Joining as the final appointment into a newly created three-person People Partner team, you''ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a People function that is moving from reactive support to strategic partnership.
