Fire Service Manager Home based with national travel 38,000 - 42,000 Permanent, Full TimeThe Role Our client is seeking an experienced Fire Service Manager to oversee the delivery of fire compliance activities and remedial works across a key service area. This role will take responsibility for ensuring fire safety standards are maintained across a complex estate, managing compliance risks and ensuring statutory, contractual and operational requirements are consistently achieved. The successful candidate will lead the coordination of fire door compliance activities, inspection findings and remedial programmes, working closely with operational teams, supply chain partners, Defence Infrastructure Organisation representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of fire compliance activities, including fire door inspections, passive fire remedial works and associated improvement programmes.Review inspection reports, assess findings and support the prioritisation of remedial actions based on risk, compliance requirements and operational impact.Provide technical guidance and advice to operational teams, contractors and stakeholders regarding fire safety requirements, inspection outcomes and required corrective actions.Manage the full remedial works lifecycle, ensuring defects are accurately recorded, works are appropriately planned, delivered and completed within ..... full job details .....
