We are recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a fast-paced, growing business on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders and providing meaningful financial insight to support business performance.Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you will take ownership of the management accounts process, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and play a key role in driving continuous improvement across financial reporting and controls.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accounts with supporting commentary.Production of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reports.Month-end close activities including accruals, prepayments and journals.Balance sheet reconciliations and investigation of variances.Support budget and forecasting processes across multiple departments.Analyse financial performance and provide insight to senior stakeholders.Monitor key business metrics, profitability and margin performance.Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital reporting.Partner with operational teams to support decision-making and cost control.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.Support year-end audit requirements and statutory reporting.Assist with ad-hoc reporting, analysis and finance projects.About YouPart-qualified, studying, or qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or ..... full job details .....
