Join a leading Supported Housing Complex needs team and become part of a service that truly transforms lives.Key Responsibilities:Deliver Tailored Support: Provide responsive, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including those experiencing or at risk of homelessness, and those presenting with challenging behaviour in relation to mental ill health and alcohol and substance misuse, helping them achieve positive outcomes and independence.Support with Housing Needs: Assist individuals in accessing, maintaining, and sustaining appropriate accommodation, including support with housing applications, tenancy management, liaising with landlords, and preventing homelessness.Foster Collaboration: Build open and trusting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to ensure seamless and comprehensive support.Promote Participation: Encourage individuals to engage in social, educational and employment opportunities, preven
