We''re looking for a sharp, proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to act as the go-to operational support for a sales organisation of around 70 senior Relationship Managers and VPs. You''ll be the person who keeps Salesforce accurate, moves contracts through approval, and makes sure our sales leaders understand and use our systems and processes properly. It''s hands-on and varied. It suits someone who enjoys being the expert others rely on. This is not a Salesforce Administrator role. We need a strong Salesforce user who can manage data, support users and coach others, not configure the platform. What you''ll do Salesforce data andamp; hygiene: Upload contracts, update account and contact records, maintain clawback records, and run regular reviews to find and fix missing or outdated data. Supporting andamp; coaching the sales team: Act as the first point of contact for RMs and VPs. Show them how to open and track contracts, check data accuracy and follow sales processes.
