This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the financial management and delivery of new housing developments from inception through to completion. Position Overview Actively review and analyse procurement and construction budgets, including design delivery programmes for the wider construction team and subcontractors, and prepare monthly cost reports and reconciliations. Monitor overall construction costs against the budget, reporting risks and variances to the Commercial Director and relevant project leads. Support the Commercial Director in the preparation of early-stage cost plans, feasibility estimates, and benchmarking exercises for new projects and potential acquisitions.
