As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction with our retail partner, Coles. You will lead a team of customer-facing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes that meet or exceed our customer''s expectations.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive customer strategy to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability with ColesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Coles, including senior executives, category managers, and store operations teamsLead a team of Senior NAMs, NAMs and NAEsto deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectivesCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, to develop and implement customer-specific initiatives and programsAnalyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunitiesDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales plans to achieve business objectivesProvide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their rolesStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in the retail landscape to ensure our customer strategy remains relevant and effectiveLead 4P execution of all KHC strategies in customer, exceeding sales, profit, investment, distribution, market share, forecasting, and engagement targetsActively participate in Kraft Heinz Senior Sales Leadership Team in Australia to make a positive contribution to the strategic direction, people development, and overall culture of KHCDevelop, drive, and execute strategic medium-term customer Joint Value Plans, connecting Customer and KHC strategy to drive mutual growth and valueLead specific customer agenda within KHC, responsible for representing customer fully across all relevant functions, informing and driving customer orientation across all relevant aspects of KHC structureDevelop and drive a data-driven selling agenda within customer portfolioPerform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs, and goalsUphold the Kraft Heinz values and work in a way that contributes to the company''s visionOther duties as directed by Sales Director AustraliaAbout you8+ years of experience in sales, customer management, or a related field, preferably in the FMCG industryExperienced professional with recent track record of working with Coles or another retailerExperienced in managing a complex customer portfolio in competitive categoriesProven leader, with the ability to influence internally and externally to executive levelHigh degree of commercial and business acumenStrong analytical capabilityProven ability to negotiate and build long-term relationshipsDrive to develop and progress within the businessExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsStrong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teamsBachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldAbout usHybrid Working – Flexibility around when and where you workPay for Performance – industry leading variable compensation offerings tied to company and individual performance on top of a competitive base salary packageParental Leave – paid time off for both primary AND secondary caregiversLeave Options – Purchased leave, volunteer leave and LiveWell leave programsNovated LeasingGreat Place to Work certification in Australia and New Zealand
