Lead, support, and develop a skilled team while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Implement process enhancements, resolve technical challenges, and maintain full compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. Work cross-functionally with key departments to coordinate seamless operations, manage new product launches, and uphold safety and quality standards. Champion Lean initiatives, lead root cause investigations and change control processes, and deliver data-driven performance insights to senior lea
