What will you do? Make an impact!

To lead and develop all aspects of the accounting and reporting functions for Tradebe in the UK. Leading control and process improvements across accounting as well as managing Tradebe''s relationship with their auditors, tax advisors and relevant internal and external stakeholders.

What you''ll be doing:

Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including PandL, balance sheet, cashflow, and CAPEX forecasts, while driving improvements in month-end and year-end processesLead statutory reporting, audits, and ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and policiesMonitor and manage cashflow and working capital, developing tools to track performance and identify improvement opportunitiesDrive process automation, strengthen internal controls, and support projects including legal entity simplification and financial due diligence for acquisitionsProvide strategic leadership to the UK Accounting Team, aligning structure and processes with group objectives

Do you have what it takes?

Qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a minimum of 7 years'' post-qualification experienceProven finance leader with experience managing mid-sized teams (12-15+) and driving cultural and process changeStrong working knowledge of SAP and UK/International accounting standardsTrack record in team development, process improvement, and stakeholder relationship buildingDetail-oriented, hands-on, and commercially aware, with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsBig Four audit background desirable, along with a strong control mindset and commitment to continuous improvement and integrity
