This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how residents influence housing services, ensuring tenants and leaseholders are at the heart of decision-making. Working within the Insight and Housing Strategy Service, you will lead the development, delivery and evaluation of Harrow''s Resident Engagement Strategy, ensuring compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing''s consumer standards, Housing Ombudsman requirements and sector best practice. Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for resident engagement across Housing Services. Lead the development, implementation and review of the Council''s Resident Engagement Strategy. Design and deliver innovative resident engagement opportunities, including consultation, feedback and co-production activities. Plan, coordinate and evaluate resident engagement programmes, ensuring they are inclusive and representative of Harrow''s diverse communities. Build strong partnerships with residents, council services, voluntary organisations and external stakeholders.
