Junior Project Manager - Groundwater and DewateringLocation: Suffolk (site-based across Suffolk and neighbouring counties, with office support)Contract: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)Reporting to: Senior Project Manager / Operations ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of groundwater control and construction dewatering projects across Suffolk and the wider region.This role suits someone with hands-on site or project support experience who is looking to progress into project management within a specialist engineering environment. You will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers, supporting projects from pre-construction through installation, operation and demobilisation of dewatering systems.No degree is required. The role focuses on practical experience, strong organisation and a willingness to learn.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery and CoordinationSupport planning and delivery of groundwater control and dewatering systems, including wellpoints, deepwells, horizontal drainage, ejectors and pumping systemsAssist with day-to-day coordination of site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and plantTrack site progress, key milestones and programme interfacesSupport mobilisation and demobilisation of dewatering installationsCommercial and Programme SupportAssist with cost tracking, commercial administration and variationsSupport preparation of programmes, method stateme
