This position will be very hands on, helping to inspect mechanical parts accurately and quickly. It is a fast moving, busy sub con with a great variety of parts coming out of the machine shop into the inspection department.The Job;As a CMM Inspector, you will be tasked with clearing the inspection shelf quickly and accurately, inspecting to the tightest of tolerances. The business have recently won a number of projects so you will be kept busy! The role will be quality checking a variety of metallic parts, this will include first off inspection and final inspection before sending out to various customers. The work can be varied as they are a sub-contractor, so can be anything from 1 off''s to small batch runs.You will be an experienced inspector who can operate CMM''s and other inspection equipment such as the usual manual inspection tools.The Company;They are an established sub contract manufacturer who are constantly investing back into the business to stay at the top of the game, they have earned themselves a great reputation within the industries for their work.
