Early Years Lecturer Salary: £29,373 - £41,718 FTE Location: Surrey Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (0.6 FTE) Day-to-day of the role of the Early Years Lecturer: Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to Early Years and Childcare learners. Support learner progress, achievement, and attendance. Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback. Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance processes. Required Skills and Qualifications for the Early Years Role : Relevant degree or industry-recognised qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or a related subject. Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, QTS) or willingness to work towards one. Experience within the Early Years or Childcare sector. Knowledge of current FE or Adult Education curriculum developments. Understanding of teaching and learning within Further Education. Strong communication and organisational skills.
