Description Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts for a portfolio of group companies. Perform monthly balance sheet and PandL reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances where required. Prepare and submit VAT returns, including partial exemption calculations. Support the ongoing development and enhancement of financial controls and governance procedures. Assist with acquisitions by contributing to due diligence activities and post-acquisition integration. Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities to key stakeholders. Play a key role in the year-end audit process, coordinating information and liaising with external auditors. Support the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle through analysis, reporting, and financial insight. Deliver ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis to support senior management decision-making.
