We re excited to be recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor role with a well-established manufacturing business that supplies specialist packaging solutions across the UK and internationally. In this role, you ll be right at the heart of the customer journey helping customers understand products, processing orders accurately, supporting production and dispatch teams, and making sure everything flows smoothly from enquiry to delivery. What you ll be doing • Helping customers with product advice and general support • Processing orders accurately and sending order acknowledgements • Organising the production and dispatch of product samples • Producing job sheets, cutting lists and dispatch lists for internal teams • Collating paperwork ready for invoicing • Liaising with freight companies • Resolving customer issues and handling complaints professionally • Supporting sales initiatives and occasionally joining accompanied sales calls • Keeping product knowledge up to date (full technical training provided) • Maintaining strong communication across departments including Sales, Production, Warehouse and Accounts • Creating written information for customers when needed • Being proactive with upselling and cross-
