Day-to-day of the role: Provide professional Legal Advice service to both commercial and personal customers.Manage complex customer queries across various legal areas by establishing facts, advising on applicable laws, and outlining legal/practical options.Review sources of funding and alternative resolution solutions for customers.Maintain efficient and professional customer experience, ensuring engagement and managing expectations to meet or exceed service levels.Inform customers about potential funding opportunities/benefits available through their Legal Expenses Insurance products or private funding.Communicate clearly, concisely, and honestly while being sensitive and empathetic to the needs of customers and business partners. Required Skills and Qualifications: Significant experience as a Legal Advisor, Associate, or Paralegal, or experience within a Legal environment.A recognised legal qualification such as Legal E
