Flexo Web Machine OperatorLocation: Huntingdon Salary: £31,500 £35,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday Shift Pattern: (phone number removed) Peak Periods: Flexibility required, as shifts may move to 12-hour shifts on a 3 on / 3 off pattern during peak timesHoliday: 26 days paid annual leave plus bank holidaysWe are recruiting for an experienced Flexo Web Machine Operator / Print Minder to join a busy production environment based near Huntingdon on a permanent basis.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in machine printing, labelling, flexographic printing, or similar production machinery who is looking to join a company where they can settle, develop, and progress within the role.The salary is offered within a banding of £31,500 £35,000 DOE, with salary progression available within the banding once fully settled into the role and operating confidently to company standards.The company is particularly keen to speak with candidates who have experience on machinery such as Edale, Windmöller, Koenig, Gallus or Bobst, ideally working with paper or board substrates. Gallus machine experience would be extremely advantageous, as these skills are considered highly transferable to the machinery and processes used on site.The successful candidate will be working on fast-paced machine lines, typically as part of a team of 3 5 people per operation / machine line.
