The RoleThis role reports directly into the Head of NPD.This company are looking for an experienced Developer to take strategic ownership of flavour across their product portfolio, while remaining hands-on in the lab.Working closely with their internal RandD team, including chemists and nutritionists, you will define, shape, and elevate the flavour direction of our supplement formulations. You will be responsible for setting flavour standards, guiding formulation decisions, and ensuring flavour intent is consistently delivered from concept through to final product.Alongside this strategic ownership, the role requires strong practical capability.
