Back-end Developer | UK office, NL Office

We are looking for a Back-end Developer to join our international team. You will play an important role in the development of the new ScanmarQED cloud-based software portfolio, develop scalable user experiences and work side-by-side with our international team to create new features, test your own ideas and share your knowledge.You will report to the Development Manager, and you will be based in the UK (London) or in the Netherlands (Utrecht area). You love to work with back-end technologies and you feel confident working with .Net, C#. You are used to work in international teams and you have good communication skills, both verbal and written in English.What will you be doing:

Participate in the development of all ScanmarQED’s cloud-based softwareImplement data-intensive web applications, REST services, and GraphQL in a microservice architectureIntegrate and test data exchange and data processing modules with the applications.Develop reusable back-end components.Write Unit and Integration tests for the code developed in line with specifications.Review code from other members of the development team, making sure they follow the best coding practices and patterns.Communicate with customers and consultants to understand reported issues so they can be replicated.Skills, experience and education you\''ll need:

Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with .Net, C#, Git, Jira and Continuous Integration.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or similar. A mathematical/ statistical background is helpful to understand our solutions.Valuable: Experience with .Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL, DDD, TDD, Design Patterns, NoSQL, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, MassTransit, GraphQL.Valuable: Experience with Cloud, Event-driven architecture, Data warehousing, and/or Big Data.We offer:
