Are you a Supervisor from an Engineering or Machine Shop background looking to join a well-established company offering a clear progression plan, long-term job stability and leadership training?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to take on a key senior position within a growing engineering business, where you will oversee workshop operations, drive production performance and play an important role in the company''s continued success.

This company are a specialist manufacturer of engineered products, operating across CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding and metalworking. Due to continued expansion into new markets, they are looking to strengthen their management team.

In this Monday-Friday days-based role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, managing production schedules and supervising a team of skilled engineers and operators. You will ensure quality standards, productivity targets and health and safety procedures are maintained, whilst supporting continuous improvement across the business.

This role would suit a Supervisor or experienced Team Leader from a CNC, Fabrication or Engineering background looking for a stable, long-term position with excellent opportunities for further development.

The Role:

• Supervising daily workshop operations across Engineering, CNC, Fabrication and Manufacturing.
• Leading and developing a team of skilled engineers, fabricators and machine operators.
• Supporting continuous improvement, productivity and health and safety procedures.
• Monday - Friday, days-based position.

The Person:

• Workshop Supervisor / Production Supervisor / Team Leader or similar.
• Background within Engineering, CNC Machining, Fabrication or Metal Manufacturing.
• Commutable to Gloucestershire.
