Job title: Property Account Handler Salary: Up to £45,000 Location: Greater Manchester - Hybrid PURPOSE-OF-ROLE Lawes is currently recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Account Handler to join a dynamic and growing team servicing large commercial clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and retain a portfolio of existing commercial clientsSupport new-business opportunities in collaboration with executivesEnsure compliance with FCA regulations in all broking activitiesProvide technical insurance advice across all Property and Real Estate businessAssist with the placement of premiums up to £800K DAY-TO-DAY Handle renewals, mid-term-adjustments and new quotesPrepare and present market submissionsMaintain accurate client records and documentationBuild strong client relationships through professional service deliveryMonitor market trends and competitor activitySupport the team in achieving KPIs and service-level standards EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Real Estate or Commercial Account Handler within the insurance industryStrong knowledge of relevant commercial insurance productsExperience working in a broker environment SKILLS Strong attention to detail and organisational abilitySound knowledge of FCA regulatory requirementsAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independentlyProficient in relevant insurance software and Microsoft Office suite If you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact me now on or email us at
