Job Title: Multi-trade Operative - Kitchen and BathroomJob Location: OX18 - Field BasedSalary - 35,500 (+ Company Van and Fuel Card) per annumContract type - PermanentWorking hours - Full Time 39 Hours per weekAbout the roleWe are recruiting for a full time Multi Trade Operative Kitchen and Bathroom fitter to join our trades team on a permanent basis who has a core trade in carpentry and plumbing with a desire to join our team of talented staff.This role is field based in the Oxford area.Purpose of the Role:You will ensure properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard and will be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, surveys and measurements efficiently and economically in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practiceBy working in a professional, respectful and courteous manner you will deliver excellent customer service, objectives and achieve behaviour competences.Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.About youYou must be to qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ2 level in Building Maintenance with a core trade in carpentry / plumbing or demonstrate equivalent multi-trade experience.
