About the Role We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to join a growing team delivering some of Europe''s largest and most advanced data centre developments. Working closely with the Project Management Team and Site Health and Safety Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) across the project. You will support the implementation of site safety procedures, monitor subcontractor compliance, conduct regular inspections and promote a proactive safety culture across all construction activities. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Management Team and Site Health and Safety Lead in delivering project EHS requirements.Review and assess Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Safe Plans of Action (SPA), Permit-to-Work documentation and COSHH assessments.Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections, documenting findings and following up on corrective actions.Monitor subcontractor compliance with project and company EHS policies and procedures.Promote and maintain high standards of site safety, welfare, hygiene and housekeeping.Carry out ongoing COSHH assessments and ensure appropriate controls are implemented for hazardous substances.Ensure safety observations and interventions are completed, recorded and followed up.Maintain records of statutory ..... full job details .....
