Places are commissioned by North Northamptonshire Local Authority for children and young people who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).The school is committed to delivering personalised learning pathways that support academic progress, emotional development, and independence, ensuring every pupil is given the opportunity to thrive.The RoleAs an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, alongside other SEND requirements such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties.You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support students in accessing learning and achieving their EHCP targets.
