They are looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join the business on a part-time basis (3/4 days). This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a standalone HR function and work closely with the Managing Director to drive people initiatives, support organisational change and help shape the future of the business. The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a standalone role that offers the opportunity to influence both the strategic and operational people agenda across the business.
