This is an exciting opportunity to develop new partnerships, generate leads, and play a key role in driving the company''s growth across Europe.The role is primarily home-based, with occasional office meetings, client visits, trade shows, and industry events across Europe.Key Duties:Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Manage and qualify inbound leads, building trusted relationships from first contact through to close.Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with the company''s service offerings.Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all client communication and opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, presentations, and client pitches.Contribute to the overall sales strategy by sharing insights from the European market.Attend occasional client meetings, trade shows, and industry events across Europe.Support a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the sales team.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years'' B2B sales or business development experience.Proven success in generating leads and closing sales.Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.Experience using CRM systems and online research tools.Self-motivated, organised, and able to m
