Quality Manager - 12 Month FTC
Location: Bicester

We are looking for a Quality Manager to join a professional team in Bicester on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you''ll lead on food safety, quality, hygiene and compliance across the business. You''ll ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented, audited and continuously improved, while supporting certifications (BRC, MSC, ASC) and driving a strong food safety culture.

What you''ll do:
* Oversee QMS, audits, and compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP and legal standards
* Manage supplier approval, raw material checks, traceability, labelling and complaints
* Support and lead customer and 3rd party audits
* Coordinate product testing, specification reviews and quality assessments
* Analyse quality data/KPIs to drive improvement
* Lead allergen management and support new product development
* Supervise the Quality Controller and champion food safety training

What we''re looking for:
* Degree in Food Science/Technology (or equivalent)
* HACCP Level 3, Internal/Lead Auditor qualified (desirable)
* Knowledge of high-risk manufacturing, seafood, food safety legislation, BRC standards
* Strong organisational, communication and project management skills
* Tenacious, detail-focused, with experience in specifications/artwork approval (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence
