A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in South London. CBW is currently looking for A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Commercial Education building.The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G etc) and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Dealing with all aspects of maintenance & cooling towers & signing off work complete for an audit
- Chillers - Reset
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Monday - Friday
- split shift - -9-5 / 10-7, weekly rotating
- Starting Monday 17/08
- Temp to perm
- -26p/h-
- Up to -46k
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- Mechanically / Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 etc-
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice
