IFA Administrator Lincoln, Full Time, Permanent Up to £28,000 per annum DOE + discretionary bonus We are seeking an IFA Administrator to join our Lincoln based client on a full time, permanent basis. You ll be providing administration support to senior members of the team ensuring the company is represented in a professional and courteous manner. THE ROLE As an IFA Administrator, your key duties will be the following: Always comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the relevant FCA rules, as well as, regulatory requirements and company policies Comply with the relevant compliance, Consumer Duty, TandC and financial crime (anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption) procedures of the firm at all times Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes Preparing documentation for client meetings, packaging suitability letters, keeping the client files up to date in SharePoint, scanning and printing, keeping detailed file notes Maintaining accurate client data, policy information, and critical records using a back-office system Processing new business both online and via paper applications Responding to ad-hoc enquiries, processing letters of authorities, preparing valuations, updating platforms and providers Communicating with clients and providers via phone, email, post and occasionally face to face, assisting with incoming and outgoing post Occasionally providing administration support for local ..... full job details .....
