Overall Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and other critical business initiatives from inception to implementation. This includes developing and maintaining effective project plans that outline key milestones.To ensure projects are adequately resourced, the Project Manager will establish project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities in collaboration with department heads.
