As the organisation continues to expand internationally, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Lead to ensure the smooth delivery of payroll services across multiple jurisdictions.This role is fully remote with a requirement to work part-time 20 hours over 5 days per week. This set up is non-negotiable due to business requirements. Your new roleAs Payroll Lead, you will take ownership of global payroll operations, ensuring employees, contractors, and partner organisations are paid accurately, compliantly, and on time. Working closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and external payroll providers, you will play a key role in maintaining payroll excellence whilst supporting the organisation''s international growth strategy. Key responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end monthly payroll for UK and international employees, contractors, and partner staff. Processing payroll changes including new starters, leavers, and salary amendments. Reconciling payroll and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation, tax regulations, pensions, and international payroll requirements. Maintaining accurate and confidential payroll records.
