Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their recruitment provider.We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable to join their team.The main purpose of this Accounts Payable role is to take ownership for the processing of supplier invoices and the maintenance of supplier accounts. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £17.43 per hour, depending on experience.This role is full-time and temporary to permanent. The hours of work will be 37.5 per week Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include: Processing invoices, matching supplier invoices to purchase orders, and identifying discrepancies. Producing weekly aged supplier reports, submitting payment requests, and monitoring outstanding payment requests. Reconciling supplier statements and accounts monthly, investigating differences between supplier statements and company''s purchase ledger, Supporting with month-end, preparing accrual calculations for goods and services,Offering general finance support.
