Team Leader Specialist Maintenance Services/Engineering Annual take home pay of £39-£45,000 + overtime Basic starting salary £32,085 increasing to £34,155 at completion of induction and training, plus £500 per month allowances, paid overtime + discretionary annual bonus. POSITION OVERVIEW TEAM LEADER Working alongside and leading a small team to deliver essential specialist plant and machinery maintenance and cleaning services to a diverse client base. Reporting to the Operations Manager, working in a hands on as well as leadership role, you will manage the relevant tools, supplies and associated paperwork; you will be customer facing.
