We''re looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join a thriving company in a time of growth. You''ll support the day-to-day IT operations and projects across the business.Additional Info:Familiarity across Azure and Cybersecurity is highly desirable.The role is hybrid working - 1 day per week work from home.Due to the location - a driving license / car is essential Key responsibilities:Act as the ''Go-to'' person for an IT Support related needs within the business.Proficient within a Microsoft environment - AD, Exchange etc. Maintain and enhance security processes, supporting ISO 27001 compliance.Work on Azure and cloud-based projects.Manage hardware and software assets.Support IT projects and contribute to system improvements. Requirements:Proven IT support experience in a similar role - including Hardware, Software and customer facing support.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cybersecurity best practice.Strong organisational and communication skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
