EIA Associate Director - Southampton About the Role We are working with one of the UK leading planning consultancies operating a wide range of projects across the country (residential, commercial, infrastructure, property). The company portfolio includes high profile clients, landowners, private individuals, institutions, developers, promoters, national and regional house builders, as well as commercial and leisure operators and investors. The position is based in Southampton and, depending on experience, the attributed portfolio may range from regional to nationwide. Key Responsibilities Provide EIA consultancy across a broad range of development projects ranging from urban extensions, major industrial developments, retail repurposing and town centre regeneration, rural / landowner estate portfolios etc.Provide expert EIA guidance and support to the planning teamAbility to lead multi-disciplinary consultancy teams and mentor junior colleaguesCommercial acumen to assist with BD and contribute towards winning new marketsDevelop and manage a network of key contacts Key Skills Chartered IEMA PractitionerCommercial and entrepreneurial experienceMultidisciplinary or planning consultancy experienceStrives to deliver an exceptional level of service to clients at all timesExcellent written and communication skills If you are interested in this position, please contact Jo at (phone number removed)
