Morgan McKinley are supporting a PE-backed business during a critical phase of growth and reporting enhancement and are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager for an immediate start temp-to-perm role. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position suited to someone who can step in quickly, take ownership of core financial reporting and controls, and operate confidently in a PE-led, banking-exposed environment. This role is paying 65,000 - 70,000 DOE, initially on a 6-month temporary basis with strong potential to convert to permanent with hybrid working available.
