This is a critical role supporting a 24/7 operation, offering excellent long-term stability, development, and progression. Reporting to the Engineering Shift Manager, you will ensure plant, machinery, and services operate safely, efficiently, and reliably to support production targets and supply chain demands. Key Responsibilities Planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance across site assets Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs to minimise downtime Supporting production teams to improve machine reliability and performance Root cause analysis of breakdowns and implementation of preventative solutions Ensuring machinery, tools, and equipment are maintained for safe use Accurate recording of maintenance activity using CMMS and KPI systems Compliance with all Health and Safety, SOP, PTW, GMP, and regulatory standards Managing and coordinating third-party contractors when required Supporting continuous improvement and preventative maintenance strategies Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and asset care About You NVQ Level 3 (or equivale
